Apple releases macOS Monterey update 12.2.1

Today Apple has released update 12.2.1 for all Intel and M1 Macs running macOS Monterey.

According to the release notes, this is a minor release that addresses a potential security issue due which may allow arbitrary code execution by maliciously coded web content and also fixes an issue with the battery being drained during sleep on Intel Macs when connected to bluetooth peripherals. It is recommended for all Mac users running macOS Monterey.
